 Rob, a lifelong New England native, is a graduate of Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management and a minor in Business Administration. Upon graduation Rob worked several years as a Contract Administrator for a Land Management company in Stamford, Connecticut. Soon after, he partnered with his brother Marc, establishing The Michaud Group. Rob oversees The Michaud Group's financial management, design, estimating, and sales operations. He also shares in many other day to day operations. Rob is also a licensed real estate agent in CT.

 Marc, a lifelong native of New England, is a graduate of The State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill. At Cobleskill Marc received a Bachelor of Technology in Plant Science. After college Marc work as a supervisor for one of Southern Connecticut’s premier nurseries. Soon after Marc partnered with his brother Rob establishing The Michaud Group, LLC. Marc oversees the day-to-day project management operations and is involved with the companies real estate acquisitions department. In 2008 Marc received his Certified Green Professional designation from The National Association of Home Builders.
