Rob, a lifelong New England native, is a graduate of Roger Williams University in Bristol, Rhode Island where he earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management and a minor in Business Administration. Upon graduation Rob worked several years as a Contract Administrator for a Land Management company in Stamford, Connecticut. Soon after, he partnered with his brother Marc, establishing The Michaud Group. Rob oversees The Michaud Group's financial management, design, estimating, and sales operations. He also shares in many other day to day operations.

Marc, a lifelong New England native, is a graduate of The State University of New York, at Cobleskill, New York where he earned a Bachelor of Technology degree. Upon graduation, Marc worked as a Supervisor for one of Southern Connecticut’s premier nurseries. Soon after, he partnered with his brother Rob, establishing The Michaud Group. Marc oversees The Michaud Group's project scheduling, subcontractor management, customer relations, sales, and land acquisitions.
