If you prefer to design your custom home from scratch and wish to contract solely with The Michaud Group, we will work with you to design a truly exceptional custom home, utilizing our designer and computer aided design software.

We also have several standard building packages with specified building materials available to our clients. However, these packages can be tailored to meet your specific building needs and wishes as well.
