The Michaud Group is continually seeking parcels of residential and commercial land and building lots throughout Connecticut. We pride ourselves in seeing the potential in a piece of property prior to its development. We are experienced in land acquisitions and are ready when a property becomes available. We work closely with engineering firms to prepare the necessary maps and documents, and then local and state agencies to acquire all permits necessary for a project to be created.
We take the utmost care to preserve the integrity of the building site, with respect to the community, and its policies and regulations for development. We always work with our engineers, designers, and other representatives to create a plan that is not only appealing to the community, but will also cause the least environmental impact.
Land Partnerships
The Michaud Group is always seeking landowners who are considering selling their residential or commercial parcels of land. You may wish to sell your land outright with no strings attached, or cost to you. The Michaud Group can also work with you, the landowner, by including you in the development process of your raw land. By doing so, this could potentially benefit you more then selling the land outright. This process also allows your input on how the land is developed. |
