The Michaud Group Design Services will work with you to design a truly exceptional custom home, utilizing our designer and computer aided design software. We provide clients with unique design services, coupled with experienced and professional project construction management.
If you are constructing a new home, we will design your home to fit your lot, living requirements, and orient it for energy considerations. If it is a renovation or addition, we have the ability to identify the possibilities of the existing structure. We can assist you in a feasibility study and the budget process to be sure the project makes good fiscal sense. When designing your project we will identify all value options to get the best possible results.
The Michaud Group can also work with most any stock or custom plans and can modify plans to meet your functional needs, desires, and budget. We also have several standard building packages with specified building materials available to you. These packages can also be tailored to meet your specific building needs and wishes as well. |
